Parking: You’ll have access to a private two-car tandem garage, a rare find in Mission Beach! It fits two midsize vehicles, though larger SUVs or trucks may be a tight fit. Location: The home sits on a quiet court near Mission Blvd, within easy walking distance to Belmont Park, restaurants, and coffee shops. Noise: You’ll hear the sounds of the beach and the lively neighborhood at times, especially on weekends and during summer. Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 8 AM. Stairs: The home includes 28 stairs between levels, so please keep that in mind for anyone with mobility limitations. Climate: Enjoy cool coastal breezes year-round; the home also includes A/C for warmer days. Renovations: Recently updated with new flooring, paint, and fixtures — we simply ask that guests treat it with care so it stays beautiful for everyone to enjoy. Outdoor space: The patio/deck area is perfect for relaxing, but please avoid moving furniture onto public walkways or sand.

Carlos’s place was absolutely perfect for our San Diego trip. We had 9 people in town to celebrate my 30th birthday, and the 3-floor layout gave everyone plenty of room to spread out and comfortably relax. The house itself is incredible. Super clean, spacious, and just a beautiful property overall. The location couldn't be better, either. We were within easy walking distance to the beach, some great restaurants, and a mini grocery store for quick runs, plus it was a really quick drive to everywhere else we wanted to check out. A huge bonus was the beach toys and bikes he provided; we definitely put those to good use. Carlos is a fantastic host and I highly recommend booking this spot

Carlos’s place was amazing! He provided clear check-in instructions and was very responsive. The place was easy to find, super cute and clean. We loved hanging out in the living space upstairs with the ocean breeze coming through the doors. The area was safe and quiet and a quick walk to the beach. We were able to put our toes in the sand as soon as we got there. Everything was very clean, the beds comfy and the space was perfect for our group of 4 friends. It was so nice to have 3 full bathrooms. I would definitely stay here again with friends or my family with kids. Highly recommend!

We've stayed in Mission Beach before and Carlos's place was really perfect. It is a great walking distance to both the beach and the bay for adults and kids. My son loved the bikes and his ability to just head out around the bay on his own safely from our location. The walk to Belmont was perfect. It was fun to hear the coaster riders from the deck at all hours of the day. The deck had both a small peek-a-boo view of the ocean (just enough to enjoy the sunset at night from the couch), but also a slightly larger view from the outside. We were there when the temps were unusually high for the area, but with all the doors and windows open, the unit stayed plenty cool. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice having 3 bathrooms.

The airbnb was beautiful, clean, and Carlos is an amazing host! The only thing that sucked about the location was the parking but that’s it! It was such a great space and had great views!
